Not to happy, as we were promised a call in a week and its now going on 2weeks and I had to follow up on the glasses we already paid for

Was there at 13h55 on friday 18 Aug. Waited till 14h55 to open. The lady came and said she was on lunch and there is no one to do eye tests. Went over the street to van Royen vision centre . I was in and out in 5 min with no payments for drivers licence certificate. Awesome service.

So it's been about a month or 2 waiting for my spectacles... I relocated recently and we agreed that my spectacles will be posted to my nearest post net so I received a call days back informing me that they are sending my package and I can't get the package coz I wasn't even given a tracking number... Till today m still standing here waiting for my spectacles without a tracking no... My sight is very poor and I can't run my daily errands without my spectacles... I am even thinking of taking legal action
