Great service, really affordable consultation, was half than other optometrist in the mall. Glasses were ready within 3 working days. Was really friendly and helpful to my daughter too.

When I initially called to do a booking, the lady that answered the phone was friendly and could answer all my questions. She mentioned that they do assist on walk-ins as well. I loved the fact that they could assist when it was load shedding. Thought I was going to wait for power before being assisted. The optometrist herself is a lovely lady. She explained the whole time what she was doing. I got my glasses 3 working days after it was ordered. Princing is so affordable 50% less than other places. My mom and I each went in for an eye test. The optometrist and other staff member were extremely friendly at first hand. When doing the eye test the optometrist was caring and very analytical. She is so intelligent and assisted my mom and I with the correct lenses. The consult wasn't rushed she took her time and answered all questions. It was a great experience. The other staff member was so helpful to us in picking out our frames and even with the admin. She assisted us to maximize the benefits available to us on our medical aid. I will always go Osman's Optical Carnival Mall.

Extremely unhappy with this optician. I called for quotes and was quoted 350 for an eye test. When it was time to pay, the quote changed to 500 to get the script. They are dishonest. I would not recommend using them. Torga and Spec savers quote 500 and 550 respectively and I chose Osman's because they quoted 350. This leaves me with no choice but to pay the 500 or I won't get my script. I would rather pay more elsewhere than to use them.
